GK Series Grinding Application GDK-200

1. This series of machine tool is a two-axis linkage CNC numerical control cylindrical grinder.

2. SIEMENS, FANUC or other numerical control systems are selected.

3. The movement of the worktable and the wheel carrier is completed by the AC servo motors on the Z-axis and X-axis to drive the ball screw. X, Z axis linkage realizes linear and circular interpolation, and completes the grinding of inclined surface and circular arc.

4. Through reasonable programming, the machine can complete the grinding of single or combined surfaces such as cylindrical, conical, and shoulders of various small and medium-sized parts.

5. The grinding wheel can be shaped and trimmed to achieve the shape grinding. In addition to satisfying the external cylindrical surface grinding of traditional industries such as automobiles, motorcycles, compressors, automotive gearboxes, oil pump nozzles, and valve stems, it is also suitable for rollers, ceramics, and semiconductors such as stereo printing Grinding of outer cylindrical surfaces in emerging industries.
