*For UG-500, spindle of workhead adopts sliding bearing structure. the clearance of the front bearing can be adiusted to make it suitable for the grinding use center or chuck.

*For UG-500, the workhead can be rotate to any position within its conterclock direction 90°, so it can be suitable for grinding inner or outer surface of taper.

*For UG-500, the cylindrical grinding machine has internal grinding apparatus, internal grinding spindle is supported by precise roll-bearing.

1.The workhead adopts inverter motor to realize stepless speed adjustment.

2.The workhead spindle, wheelhead spindle, internal grinding spindle, coolent pump, hydrodynamic and hydrostatic oilpump are driven by separate motors.

3.Each moving parts of the machine has electric, hydraulic and mechanic interlock structure the machine is well designed with pleasing appearance, all control lever are centralized in panel make operating easy.

4.The wheel dresser can be assembled on the worktable surface of on the tailstock.
