Products Description

Features:
1.After years of improvement and running-in, this pipe threading lathe is already a high-performance lathe with mature structure and stable performance.

2.The lathe is mainly used in oil field, suitable for processing and repairing drill pipe, drill collar, coupling, casing, and so
on. At the same time suitable for processing complex shape of the shaft, disk parts, such as turning inner and outer cylindrical surface, conical surface, end face.

3.The spindle box adopts a symmetrical structure to make the thermal deformation uniform and avoid the offset of the center of the spindle. To reduce thermal deformation, the headstock is lubricated with an oil bath cycle.

4.Adopts premium cast-iron with hardened and ground guideway, 755mm width bed improves enough rigidity and large loading capacity (6000kg), to meet heavy duty cutting for customers.

5.Simple and clear operating handles on the spindle box & feed-box make easier gear shift and speed change.
