Machine Summary

• CNC deep hole drilling and boring machine is mainly for the processing of cylindrical workpiece. This machine can perform the process of drilling, boring ,expanding and roller burnishing, etc.
• The machine is equipped with CNC system. Besides machining through-hole, it can also process step hole and blind hole, etc.
• The machine tool is suitable for production of special cylinder, coal cylinder, hydraulic machinery, high pressure boiler tube, petroleum, military, electrics and airspace, etc.

Performance and Features

• The series deep hole drilling and boring machine adopts the double rectangle guideway on the bed body, which is treated by hardening technology and has the excellent wear-resistance.
• The protection device is installed around the machine to avoid oil splash and leakage.
• The feeding system and oil feeder adopt servo motor control and gear-rack transmission to assure the safety of the tool and the workpiece, the machine is easily operated and has the good rigidity.
• The spindle motor uses AC variable frequency motor with stepless speed regulation.
• It is applicable to the process of drilling and boring. When drilling the machine adopts internal chip-removal (BTA type), the cutting oil is supplied by oil feeder to cutting area, the chip is discharged through the inner hole of drilling bar and is collected into the chip container located in the back part of the machine.
• The machine is equipped with high efficient compound tool, the skiving roller burnishing tool can be expanded and retracted automatically, it can achieve high efficient processing for oil cylinder production.
• Germany WENAROLL tool can be chosen, and the customer can also use the tool manufactured by our company.
• DBK-100 is equipped with workhead box, but isn't equipped with boring box or drilling box; DBK-100A add to boring box or drilling box on the basis of the DBK-100, so higher efficiency machining deep hole for cylindrical workpieces.

Technical Parameters

The machine consists of bed body, headstock, drilling and boring box (optional), chuck body, feed carriage, oil feeder, cooling system, chip removal device, steady rest, hydraulic system, boring bar support, motor and electrical system, CNC system, etc.

Headstock

It can Choose 12 Steps speed changing or speed variable stepless. The CNC system is equipped with GSK or SIEMENS or FANUC or other CNC system.
